Profitability follows value, never the other way round.
That's the filter I apply to every proposal. Does this project create real value for your customers? If the answer is no, I don't take it on, even if the contract is lucrative. If the answer is yes, we look for the simplest, fastest, most maintainable way to deliver it.
That discipline sometimes costs engagements. It wins far more over the long run.
My approach is rooted in a doctorate in natural language processing and a long track record in the field, which lets me tell apart what amounts to genuine structural change from what is merely a passing trend.

Pragmatic
The most impressive technology isn't always the right one. I choose what solves your problem, not what flatters my CV.
Direct
No corporate doublespeak. If an idea doesn't hold up, I say so. If a budget is underestimated, I say so. If there's a simpler way, I propose it.

French, English, Arabic. A fine-grained understanding of three markets, three working cultures, three business ecosystems, with no translation middleman.

Aligning technology and impact: declining projects that weaken people or institutions. Ethics come before the contract.
