Three pillars
Pillar no. 1
Before tooling, listen. Map the processes, the friction points, the ambitions. Grasp what makes your organisation singular, rather than applying an off-the-shelf model.
Pillar no. 2
Design tailored, pragmatic, measurable solutions. Quick wins to build momentum, structural workstreams to transform for the long term. No gratuitous complexity.
Pillar no. 3
No solution lasts without ownership. Training, documentation, team autonomy. By the end of the engagement, you no longer need me to keep the tool alive.
From the initial audit to continuous optimisation, every step is documented and measured.
From public organisations to industrial groups, from healthcare bodies to transport operators, each sector has its own logic, its own pace, its own constraints. The approach adapts.
Local authorities, ministries, decentralised services. Demanding frameworks, public-interest stakes.
Automotive, manufacturing, equipment makers. Complex chains, strong operational constraints.
Hospitals, medical-device makers, care providers. Sensitive data, clinical rigour.
National operators, network managers, critical infrastructure.
Engineering firms, general contractors, building-sector players.
Continuing-education providers, educational bodies, professional programmes.
A rigorous protocol for identifying high-return AI opportunities, without committing to costly ego-projects. Drawn from my Executive AI Command Course.
A
Step 1
Map the processes that consume time, money and attention.
U
Step 2
Group opportunities by value chain, not by technology.
D
Step 3
Position them on the impact / effort matrix. Make the call.
I
Step 4
Commit to the quick win first. Reinvest the gains into the structural workstream.
T
Step 5
Measure adoption, ROI, bias. Adjust or cut without sentiment.
Maturity map
Five stages of maturity. Most companies sit at stage 1 or 2. The leap to stage 3 is the one that produces the most visible competitive gaps.
Curiosity, scattered individual experiments. No governance, no measurement.
One department trials a tool. ROI rarely measured. Learning effect confined to one team.
At least one value chain transformed. Documented ROI. An AI lead appointed. This is the competitive threshold.
Several agents collaborate. Data, prompts and guardrails are managed as a strategic asset.
AI is a product, not an internal tool. The company builds a lasting advantage that is hard to imitate.
The maturity diagnosis is built into every audit engagement. Not a marketing quiz, but an operational starting point.

A continuous professional presence in France and Jordan. This dual anchoring isn't a marketing posture. It's a way of working that lets me support companies on both sides with the same rigour, in their language, understanding their specifics.

My talks are built to produce decisions, not concepts. Here is a recent example, verifiable from open sources.

Networking Power Breakfast · CAFRAJ Jordan
A keynote for a select circle of Jordanian business leaders. Three angles: identifying financial leaks, prioritising the high-ROI AI building blocks, and preparing teams for change. A talk & Q&A format, followed by networking.

open to leaders
Three non-negotiable rules that filter every engagement, every quote, every proposal. They define my practice better than any sales pitch.

Filter no. 1
Before any quote, one question: does this project create value for your customers? If the answer is no, I don't take it on, even if the contract is lucrative. That discipline sometimes costs engagements. It wins far more over the long run.
Filter no. 2
Before each engagement, I check that the project strengthens your customers, your teams or your market, rather than weakening them. When the intended use is ambiguous, I raise it openly, and I would rather decline than produce a deliverable that won't stand the test of time.
Filter no. 3
The best solution isn't the most impressive one. It's the one that works, that your team can master, and that you can maintain without me. I charge for results, not for complexity.
A 30-minute conversation to understand your context, identify the most obvious opportunities, and decide whether working together makes sense.
